V. Tools used by our website

1. google analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is the website Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain Vi ew, CA 94043, USA.

Like our website, Google Analytics uses the above mentioned "cookies". The information generated by cookies about the use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Users can find further infor mation on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's privacy policy.

2. browser plugin

The storage of cookies can be prevented by a corresponding setting of the own browser software. In addition, the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to the use of the website (including IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google can be prevented by downloading and installing a browser plugin.

3. google adwords conversion tracking

For the statistical collection of the use of this website as well as the optimization evaluation we use the Google Conversion Tracking. In the event that a user of this website has gained access to our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords will again place a cookie with the user.

After 30 days, these cookies lose their validity, whereby these cookies are not used for personal identification. In the event that the user visits our website again and the cookie used for the time being is still valid, this optimisation process can recognise (Google and the operator) that this user has already reached this website in the past via a Google advertisement.

In this process, the AdWords customer receives their own cookie, which cannot be tracked via our website. With the help of a conversion cookie, collected information can be used to process conversion statistics for us. In doing so, the total number of users of this website through the use of the Google Ads ad is then stored using a conversion tracking tag. Again, no such information is disclosed with which the user can be personally identified.

4. google maps

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps, with which we can show you interactive maps directly in the website and in this way enable you to comfortably use the map function to plan a visit to us. By visiting our website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding sub page of our website. This occurs regardless of whether you are logged in via a Google user account or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data can be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button.

Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right. We use this service within our online offer on the basis of a legitimate interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b.) DSGVO.

For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plugin provider, please refer to Google's privacy policy.

VI. social media platforms

Insofar as we maintain fan pages within the framework of various social media platforms to provide information about our services for active and potential customers, we would like to point out already now that your personal data may be processed outside the European Union in this context (for example, when enforcing your rights under European / German law). Please note that some US providers are certified under the Privacy Shield and have thus committed to comply with EU data protection standards.

Please also note that the data of users of social media platforms can usually be processed for market research and advertising purposes. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on the computers of the users, in which the usage behaviour and the interests of the users are stored. Furthermore, data independent of the devices used by the users may also be stored in the usage profiles (especially if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).
