How it all started

Despite good pay and an attractive job offer, it has become very difficult for German companies, especially in the hotel and hospitality industry, in the skilled trades and in the healthcare sector, to find suitable specialist staff and to fill the position with a qualified and experienced employee. Companies are increasingly asking themselves how to attract and retain staff. Citizens of EU countries, on the other hand, are looking for fair and reliable employment.

We have therefore made it our task to bring employees and employers together and support citizens of the EU and German companies in cross-border job placement and recruitment. Our goal is to enable skilled and auxiliary workers from the European Union a long-term employment in Germany, because personnel recruitment from Europe is the solution for a shortage of skilled workers in Germany. With individual solutions, we actively support our applicants and our companies with all questions and formalities!
